Max Unger

Max is a leader with over 20 years of experience in Real Estate, M&A, and Tax matters, representing clients with KPMG and as US head of tax and investment /divestment for URW (formerly Westfield).    Max has structured and implemented over $60 Bn of tax-efficient M&A, internal restructure & investment/divestment transactions. He has a passion for creative problem solving and utilizes a full ownership approach to implement agreed upon strategy from start to finish. He is a CPA with a Masters In Business - Tax from the USC Marshall School of Business, and a Bachelors degree from UCLA. He is blessed to be the father of two with his loving wife who support him all the way!
