Common questions

Before we begin.

Does every founder qualify for QSBS treatment?

No. Eligibility depends on company, stock, shareholder, activity, timing, and other requirements. A C corporation election alone does not establish eligibility.

Do you provide bookkeeping and tax preparation?

Our focus here is planning and consulting. We can coordinate execution with your existing provider or discuss a specialist introduction.

Can you support a deal through closing?

An engagement can include coordination among management, counsel, accountants, and counterparties, with responsibilities defined in the scope.
